Refund Terms

At Eagle Lens, client satisfaction is our priority. Below is our refund policy.

  • The deposit is non-refundable after booking confirmation.
  • If Eagle Lens fails to deliver the service → full refund or rescheduling.
  • After final delivery → no refunds are applicable.
  • Digital products (stock footage): no refund after download.
  • The buyer may use purchased footage for personal or commercial use.
  • Photography and production credits remain with Eagle Lens.
