At Eagle Lens, client satisfaction is our priority. Below is our refund policy.
- ◆ The deposit is non-refundable after booking confirmation.
- ◆ If Eagle Lens fails to deliver the service → full refund or rescheduling.
- ◆ After final delivery → no refunds are applicable.
- ◆ Digital products (stock footage): no refund after download.
- ◆ The buyer may use purchased footage for personal or commercial use.
- ◆ Photography and production credits remain with Eagle Lens.
